I just had two notifications that I got a "reply from anonymous" on two of my posts. When I click the notification, it takes me to the original post, but there are no new replies that I can see. Does this happen if a post gets deleted by the original poster, or removed by a mod? What happened here?

More than likely, "Anonymous" ended up being a bot and was promptly eradicated — as all bots, trolls, and sock puppets should be swiftly hunted down and mercilessly destroyed in the kingdom.

One thing I’d check is whether the forum is treating your account as anonymous because of a privacy setting or profile option. Logging out, clearing cookies/cache, and then signing back in sometimes fixes odd account display issues. If it keeps happening, grabbing a screenshot and sending it to the admins would probably help them track down what's causing it.
