Hi all -
This may be a silly question but...contest rules state "Winners are ineligible to make further entries in the Contest." Does this mean for that year? Ever again? What?

If you take 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any given quarter, you're ineligible in the future. Anything else, and you're still eligible.
(Except possibly, if you are a Published Finalist and being published in WotF constitutes your fourth pro publication, then you would end up pro-ing out with the sale)

Thanks guys. Feels both right and wrong not to be able to enter again...ever! So much fun being able to do so...but I can understand why: gives others the same chance--a crack at the prize. Not that I am expecting to win big, mind you. But dare to dream, eh?

Question from a newbie. How is work submitted. I've not found a place or instructions to do so. Where should I go?

This is a link to the contest rules, which have a link toward the bottom for where to make an electronic submission. If you read the rules in full, they explain a great deal.
If you are in difficulties with a book, try the element of surprise: attack it at an hour when it isn't expecting it. ~ H.G. Wells
If a person offend you, and you are in doubt as to whether it was intentional or not, do not resort to extreme measures; simply watch your chance and hit him with a brick. ~ Mark Twain
