Author Services have spent quite a lot of time (seriously, I saw drafts of this months ago) and evidently quite a chunk of money putting together a half hour documentary on the contests, featuring a number of very familiar faces from roundabouts 
there's lots of footage from V31 and V32, but there's talking head slots from Tina, Rachael, Ryan, Daniel, Brennan, Scott, Tim, Megan, Martin, Auston, Amy, Christoph, James, Sharon, and this weird looking tall English bloke as well, can't place him, sure I should know him. (There's almost certainly others as well, this is just what I could spot on a quick scroll through.) Then there's loads of the judges talking--Dave, Tim, Kevin, Mike, Nancy...
So although a lot of it is going over stuff you lot will already know about--what the contest is, what the week is like etc.--it's fun to watch just for spotting all the people in it
