Awesome interview. And it's great to see someone as successful as Brad is a 'burster', as he says. I'm the same way. I keep struggling to write constantly, as authors like DWS suggest, but my writing comes in bursts as well. I'll work on a short story, usually for about 2 weeks to a month, then I go weeks without doing anything more than brainstorming and planning before I start the next.
Pssst... Dean may SUGGEST steady output, but he admits to being a burster himself. He CAN do steady on a deadline, but bursting is his default mode.
