Hi, I'm having a problem requesting my HM certificate for Q4 on the form. I clicked the link on Joni's email on the 18th November and received the following message on the web form:
"Important note: Your certificate will be printed exactly how you enter the information below. It is case sensitive. So please double check the spelling and that items are in the correct fields. Please respond by the 17th of November. If you see this after 17 November please write directly to [email protected]."
Joni's email doesn't say that there's a deadline to request the certificate, so I found it strange that the web form would have a deadline, because how would you know about it unless you went there and saw it.
I sent an email to [email protected] on the 18th November explaining the situation, but have yet to receive a response.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for that. Joni has now contacted me to get my details for the certificate. I let her know that if I earn another one in the future that I'll complete the form promptly. I won't put myself in this position again and cause Joni extra effort than necessary.
