Sounds like a great contest, but guidelines one and two seem to contradict each other:
Submission Guidelines
- Entries must only be submitted electronically, must be double-spaced, and must include the title and page number on each page, but not the author’s name.
- Submissions must include the author’s legal name, pen name if applicable, address, telephone number, email address, and approximate word count.
Maybe they mean your MS can't have your name on it, but there's an entry form that should include your name...?
Also just says entries must be "works of prose." Is that fiction? Non-fiction? Specific genres? Kinda vague.
