Warning. This is a long, long post. I know JA Konrath's position on most of these topics discussed, but what I found most interesting was the questions and comments from the Kensington CEO. Really informative discussion. Highly recommended reading.

I think the CEO has the right idea in mind. He's trying to figure out what's wrong with his company, but it sounds like he has a lot of culture changing to do at Kensington. Always a very difficult thing to do in an established company.
