Here's a neat thing:
http://www.smithwriter.com/foreign_market_list.htm - A list of non-English-language markets who accept unsolicited submissions of English language stories, either unpublished or previously published.
The site also marks down which markets should be avoided for various reasons, from publishing story translations without author permission to just taking forever, to no longer existing.
Anybody submitted to any of the markets on this list and had a good experience? If not, get to sendin'! (I sent a reprint over to Nowa Fantastyka earlier today.)

Universe Pathways has published one of mine (back to the time when I was writing in Greek.) Nice magazine (and I did get to share a TOC with Ray Bradbury), but they don't think that writers have to get paid. No magazine or anthology in Greece pays anything to writers (though there's good money in some contests)--that's why I turned to English markets and I'm not yet resigned to going back.
