Ummm, okay, I hope I don't sound like a complete blonde, but for the life of me I can't find the submissions page for the Scarlet Leaf Review. When I Google it, a page comes up that says I need a password to view the submission page...

Emily, you're right about that, the former submissions page seems to have been deleted. I checked the comments on the site's front page, and it seems that they have stopped taking submissions.
Well, I also happen to have some inside information. Apparently Ms. Nastase, the editor, decided to terminate Scarlet Leaf Review after March issue -- so it seems she's actually acting on her decision.

Yes, I'm sure there is a story behind this decision by Ms. Nastase as she sent out an email to all authors where she sounded quite upset. She referred to some comments made without revealing what they were, so it remains a mystery to me.
