I enjoyed your story very much, Dr. Bob. Well done.

Congrats to...well, everyone! Lots of new stories out in the world by all of you.
And I'd like to throw one more of mine on the Success pile (which I think will be the last one of mine out in 2016.)
The antho Time Travel Tales is now available on Amazon and has "Grandma Was a Time Machine" in it by me. And there are a couple of other names you may have seen hereabouts at one time or another in the TOC with some great stories - if you like that science-fiction-y type of stuff.

Congrats Matt, Rachelle, Aaron, Preston, Emily, Dr.Bob and HL!
I've only had an acceptance by StarShipSofa recently, but I'm very happy because I love being podcast, and it's my first time there, and it's edited by a fellow forumite, so all's great.

Congratulations to HLF & George!
I have a new novelette, "A Breath of Aphrodite," out today in Perihelion Science Fiction. This is the only story I've submitted to the contest twice, because I loved it so much. (Edited the second time, of course.) Both versions received HMs. It's been edited still farther, but I still love this story, and I am SO HAPPY that it has finally found a home!

Well, I finally get to post a success! I made my very first sale!
Joni called me November 15 to let me know that my Q1 Finalist story was selected as one of the published finalists for V33. The other PF and I got word today that we can finally talk about it publicly today, so since I've been bursting to say something, I came here right away to post.

It's been awhile since I've dropped in here. <waves to everyone>
My WotF v30 story was my first pro sale. I've had a few more since then and joined SFWA this year as an active member. Over the past couple of years I've focused more on my novels and am shopping those with fingers crossed. I just recently started a newsletter (stuffs imposter syndrome in the closet and tries to ignore the shouting) and the "Welcome" issue contains a reprint of my WotF story, "The Clouds in Her Eyes." And here's my just-after-Christmas news:
- Truancy 3 was published, including several fine stories as well as my Daughter of the Sea,
- I received confirmation that General Zirkon's Last feelings was accepted to the newly renamed Fifty Flashes anthology,
- I have at last my copy of Helios Quarterly Vol.1 Issue 2 (with Prisoner in Stone), and
- I discovered that an interview I gave to D. Avraham has been already published in his blog -- for quite some time in fact, but I just found out.
