Critique Needed~I'm new here!

Hi! I've been stalking this website for a while, but I'm ready to jump in. I really want to submit a story I've been working on for a year (it was originally my independent study honors project) for the next quarter, but I know that it needs a bit more work (particularly the ending) before I send it off. I just graduated college and I'm in the process of relocating for my first 'real' job so I won't have the time to offer a swap anytime soon but, I would really appreciate it if someone would be willing to critique this draft of my story? Currently it is at 16k words and I haven't look at it for a month. Please message me if you're interested.
