I have a favor to ask, which I'm going to be asking quite a few people. I have 1,500 words of a piece that's not going to WOTF. It's a rewritten beginning to a novellette that's with one publisher but if rejected will be going to F&SF. I was wondering if any of you would do me the favor of reading it over and provide me some with feedback on what you can discern of the story world and the main character. Also, what you think of the prose.
In addition, I may respond with questions about what you interpreted and felt from the first 1,500 words.
