lol at the risk of sounding desperate here, if 8,000 words is too much for you, I don't mind if you read only the equivalent length of your story (eg. if you only wrote a 2,000 word story, you only have to read 2,000 words of mine).
I am trying some different things with this current story. I have the feeling it will either fly or crash and burn. Horribly. That's why I'm trying to seek out feedback, especially from those who have some experience with the contest.
I've been writing for a while now and I've written quite a few critiques too so hopefully I'll be able to provide something valuable to you in return.
