Dear all. I am looking for someone with whom to swap a short sci-fi piece (only ca. 1500 words). My last entry (unwisely) pushed the contest’s length limit, so I am trying something different this time.
I am happy to critique anything, but I’m not a native English speaker, and I’ll probably have more to say about the story itself than finer points of language (although I know they cannot be fully separated). For the same reason, I greatly appreciate any feedback on my own use of English – mistakes, awkward sentence structure, nuances of meaning, stilted or unnatural dialoge and so on. I definitely I have room for improvement.
Also, my bookshelf is full of works on European medieval history, so I might have some insight if you’re using any type of medievalesque setting.
I hope to hear from you!
Didrik
