Hi Sarah. I’ve used docx many times in PMs. In my experience with others who had a similar problem, it was usually the file name that was an issue, having a comma or other symbol that threw things off. I’d try an all letter title and see if that helps. Good luck!!

@adrian Thank you! It worked out. Apparently spaces in the name was the issue. Interesting how it says file type extension problem but then... it's just the name haha.
