@wulfmoon I’m not that upset. During Q3 I found Super Secrets, WoTF Forum, got a lot of advice from other WoTF present and alumni. After that, I knew I made critical mistakes on Q2. But mistakes are things to learn from.

SHM for me! I'm genuinely shocked, because I recently watched an interview where Dave Farland says he like the main characters to be introduced by page 2 and I didn't get to mine until page 5. I've sinced cut the flab from my intro, and now that I know I'm on the right track, I'm considering trying my luck and re-submitting the story. Is this bad taste?

I’m pleasantly surprised to have gotten another HM this quarter, considering that I didn’t submit the story I wanted to for Q2 as it wasn’t ready in time.
It really is important to keep submitting! I’m much more optimistic for my Q3, so we’ll see how it goes.
