A small suggestion on polishing your submission. If you're working in Word and you have Track Changes on or Comments, be aware that change indicators and comments include names. That doesn't necessarily violate anonymity. Slush readers have to go out of their way to see those names, something they don't want to do.

But it's bad form, and it makes the manuscript look unfinished. Before submitting, I recommend that you accept or reject all changes and delete all comments. Give it just a little extra polish.
