There's no official person to do this. Much thanks!
Apparently, I was in on December 30th. Got an HM.

Rejection for me. I found several errors and just hoped they wouldn't see them... Lol... So I'm going to submit my super-tweaked version.
Good luck to those still waiting.

Congratulations, everyone! I originally received the Q1 2018 Finalist call from Joni, but after wrestling with the decision for a while, I ultimately withdrew my story. http://benjaminckinney.com/withdrawing-from-writers-of-the-future/
Edit: Since the rest of the discussion was removed from this thread by moderator decision, I've added here the link that provides my reasons for withdrawal. Discussion is for other threads/websites.

Now, back to the actual thread topic: I got an HM. *sigh*

MODERATOR HAT ON
Hey, all,
This section of the forum is for RESULTS ONLY. Many forumites subscribe to the threads in this sub-forum to get notifications when results come out, and those people would rather not see a slew of notifications that have nothing to do with results.
For the sake of this particular section, results are defined as posts reporting the outcome of a submission to the contest.
Examples:
"I got an HM. Yayyy!"
"I got a semi-finalist."
"I got a finalist, but withdrew." (see below)
If you want to discuss your story, speculate about why you got the result you did, or if you want to congratulate someone for their result, post it down in the quarterly threads, please. If you withdrew your story and want to talk about why, please go to the members-only Kitchen Sink sub-forum.
Unfortunately, my moderator powers are limited. I can delete posts, but I can't move them. This puts me in the difficult position of having to delete several posts for being off-topic. My apologies, but off-topic posts lead to more off-topic posts.
If your post contained results and discussion, I've deleted the discussion but left the results.
Best wishes in the contest, everyone!
