I think he did, but I'm not holding out for that. 
I'm just happy to have broken that HM barrier. I've been experimenting more and my last three R's came in the last four quarters. It's been a rough year.

Correct, Chuck. Which just proves that semifinalists can be very high quality, and given a different set of judges, might even have won the contest. More fuel for not reading too much into why a story didn't place--known as Rejectomancy--and sending it right out to other markets.
