I do NaNo every year to motivate me to finish my novels. I'd be happy to keep each other accountable.

YEAH! I use it to finish, to edit, or to begin a novel, depending on the phase of me WIP. It helps give a writing boost, and my family and friends have come to expect that that is what I do in November which helps when trying to avoid people and get writing done.

What is your handle on the NaNo website? They remodeled the site and I lost my "buddies" list. Mine is "Dreamarc".

I have done nanowrimo at least twice and I like both of the novels that came from the effort.

I just returned from World Fantasy Con. (Where I met Kary English, John Goodwin of Author Services, and Tim Powers!) Exciting! But I go into this week with a word deficit AND I still have 10K on edits to my WIP.
