@jason Just noticed this. On the main forum page there is (or was) no login option. This was on desktop only as far as I can tell and only when I wasn't already logged in. I went to unread posts and managed to log in there and now the main page has the logout button and all seems fine.
I'll try logging out and back in again, see what happens.
ETA: logged out and back in with no issues. Maybe an odd glitch, or maybe I'm just going round the bend 
. I'll look out for it in future.

The forum just updated to Version 2.2.1. There was a critical error on the update with the Birthday Plugin... This had to be disabled for now so anyone that has a birthday today or in the next days until I get it fixed please help post in the thread for now so we don't miss anyone.

Interesting, I will look into this from the forum developer WPForo. Are you using Google Chrome as a web browser? Are you noticing this on any other sites or just this forum?
I still use MSN and the Bing platform. This is the only forum I visit with any regularity.
