The red user message just came back for me, so still more work to be done to resolve this. Once you log in, it goes away...Maybe the odd message did go away... I believe I have now handled the "Error: The username ... is not registered on this site..."
Please, if anyone sees it, clear your cache and then let me know if it comes back.

Cool, maybe it was exactly during the update that was happening on the back end. Happy to know it is back up and running for you.now its working fine. So maybe it was the connection??
