I received an email from the system saying I had an active draft, but I don't. I'm not the only one. FYI

@wulfmoon I just got the same email. it has me stressed that maybe my 4thQ entry didn't get completely in the system.
@rcoila Thank you for the email. Moon has no access to the WizeHive submission system, so I have taken the liberty to check this out for you.
Yes, your 38D (4th Quarter for volume 38) was successfully submitted on 2021-09-30 in the system and went through the review process. I verified the story was there and read. Sorry to say it was an R, but the good news is you wrote, FINISHED and submitted a story. That is a well done alone!!!!
As you submitted in 38D, the system auto made a draft for you in 39A, so we are all ready for your next story!
Good luck on your next submission.
Hope this helps clarify.

Congratulations on "Ricochet Among the Ruins" and the SHM!!!!!
So the way the new system works is that after you have a profile and submit once, each new quarter going forward the system will auto make a draft for you ready to submit your next story. So sitting in WizeHive is a draft for 39A (1st quarter for volume 39).
So when we sent out the email to remind everyone that the 39A quarter is coming to a close it saw this auto draft and sent you a reminder email.
Hope that clarifies this. We will improve our new WizeHive system going forward, but the bottom line is we are ready for you to get another story in:)
Best, Jason Toth
I got an email saying my Q1 entry was in draft status, and I was hoping someone had submitted something on my behalf. "How very kind of them!" I thought.
Crap—now I have to write it myself. Thanks for nothing.
