Inner Workings is just out! It's an anthology of SFF stories and craft essays by WotF winners (mostly from vols 36 and 37, although Kary English, Martin Shoemaker, Wulf Moon, and Eric James Stone also have essays and stories here). WotF judge Kevin Anderson and bestselling author James Owen also have essays in this antho.

In my story "Pro-Vote," a second-generation immigrant in the mid 21st cent navigates the labyrinth of Wyoming election law to do the one job automation hasn’t taken from the common man: voting.
The craft essay that was personally most helpful to me was "You, Too, Can Disguise a Lack of Expertise by Making Shit Up!" by F. J. Bergmann because I'm prone to over-researching my stories.
