I'm plowing through my Q4 entry. It is too LONG (first draft ~11k words) and needs to be slimmed down. 😀 But I'm thinking of making a MG graphic novel submission package out of it too (aspirationally, with some tweaks), so it isn't purely a WOTF project. Not sure if that'll help it (more texture) or hurt it (not sure of WOTF reader reaction). Bit of an experiment for me in that sense, so we'll see how it goes. Regardless, first I have to turn it into something semi-coherent, which this post is procrastination from...

Good plan! I'm working on a fresh story for Q4 as well, but do have one [maybe two] potential fallbacks for if I run out of time. It's hard to believe we are in the last quarter of Volume 40 already.
I'm also waiting for the big announcement regarding the additional first readers. I think they are waiting until Volume 41 to utilize them. I imagine the training takes time.
